PhD in Accounting, CPA, and CEO of Khalsa McBrearty Accountancy. Leads our accounting, financial modeling, and strategic direction. Brings 35+ years across tax preparation, reviews, and financial audits. Holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Accounting from Arizona State University; founded KMA in 1984 and advises major financial institutions and large organizations in the U.S.

Property Administration Manager
A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who has been the backbone of our Cleveland operations since before 2023. Her proactive approach and excellent relationships with title companies, contractors, and service providers make her an invaluable asset to our team.
